Company Overview

The company's flagship product, Convene, is an award-winning board portal trusted by high-profile institutions worldwide. In response to COVID-19, Azeus developed ConveneAGM, a digital AGM solution with over 600 successful implementations globally. The company has introduced two new solutions: Convene in Teams (CiT) and Convene ESG. CiT integrates with Microsoft products for seamless meeting experiences, while Convene ESG digitalizes the ESG journey of regulated companies.

Job Description

The Sales and Business Growth Expert will be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements
  • Built key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Managing pre-sales activities through product demonstrations, bid preparation, and support with product pricing
  • Managing follow-up customer training and product implementation

The role requires significant interaction with clients, partners, and Azeus personnel, which may involve face-to-face or remote communication. Activities include pursuing leads within the CRM, supporting client trainings and meetings, delivering customer presentations and proposals, and negotiating and closing deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • MBA/degree-level education
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling software/technology to corporate executives
  • Preferably experience in selling services/products to listed companies and BSFI
  • Commercial awareness of mobile and digital products, and Cloud SAAS
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annumLocation: São Paulo or Northeast Region (Salvador or Fortaleza)
