The Role
We are among the top 5% of companies on RepVue, as rated by sales professionals. Our sales team has been instrumental in driving our steady 30%+ YoY growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To support the rapid expansion of our VDR business, we seek a results-driven Sales and Business Growth Representative based in Spain to contribute to our sales and marketing strategy.
You will target key Iberian account decision-makers to achieve set revenue goals. This role requires a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills to successfully coordinate outreach activities and demos. You will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of our expansion and play a vital role in shaping your career within a high-growth tech environment.
Tech Stack
Our team utilizes LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha, Phantombuster, and Woodpecker to drive success.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Iberia, tracking personal sales activities in CRM
- Conduct detailed customer persona research before initial contact
- Organize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
- Proactively initiate communication, build rapport, and maintain active engagement with prospects
- Collect information and feedback on prospects, guiding them through the qualification process
- Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community
