We're looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team at Landbot.io.

About the Job

The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating quality leads for our sales executives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS companies, proficiency in both verbal and written English and Spanish, and a fearless approach to outbound prospecting.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying pain points and understanding the needs of potential clients, supporting the Sales Team in attaining quarterly revenue goals, and managing and tracking opportunities and pipelines into our CRM.

We're offering an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience and location in Barcelona or remote, along with a hybrid culture, great company culture, open vacation policy, flexible holidays, and top-notch work equipment.

Main Tasks
  1. Identify decision-makers and their needs, and determine how our product fits their requirements.
  2. Schedule meetings with outbound leads and collaborate with Account Executives to strategize target accounts.
  3. Reach out to prospects through various channels (calls, video calls, email, WhatsApp, etc.) to schedule meetings.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of leads and adjust strategies accordingly.
Key Skills
  • Proven experience in SDR processes, both inbound and outbound.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
