About This Role

We seek an exceptional sales development representative to find and qualify potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the primary point of contact with prospects, the ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, building relationships, and setting up sales closers for success.

This is a unique opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability by representing our solutions effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identifying prospect needs and suggesting suitable products or services
  • Building long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager. A strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization are essential.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Native/Bilingual (C2) proficiency in English
  • A proven track record of exceeding lead targets in sales roles
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • A creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
