Azeus Systems is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth and Development Expert to join our expanding sales force. With a growing global footprint in over 100 countries, we are looking for a talented individual to drive business growth and development for our products Convene and Convene ESG.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements. This involves generating leads and establishing contact with businesses that may be interested in our products or services through cold calling, email outreach, networking, or referrals. Key responsibilities include managing sales activities such as building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, presenting services through product demonstrations, preparing bids, and closing business deals. Additionally, the role requires managing follow-up customer training and product implementation, attending trade shows, interstate and local conferences, local events, etc., and managing the sales pipeline and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B Sales (IT knowledge not required)
  • Experience in ESG, Digital Products, SaaS is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create trust and engage mid-level to C-suite directors
  • Enjoy outgoing networking and event participation. Building relationships
  • Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environment

Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary of $80,000, commission, and 100% remote work.
