Our Growth Graduate Program is designed for top performers who are ready for a hands-on experience, learning about strategy, analytics, and impact. As part of our Growth Team, you will use data analysis and market insights to support the execution of business strategies across all markets.
About the Role- Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Work on special projects related to improving key business metrics and optimizing operations.
- Monitor industry trends and internal performance to identify opportunities for growth.
You will work across different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere, to establish and execute successful growth strategies. You will also provide support in creating reports and presentations for different stakeholders.
About You- Recently graduated in a related field such as Engineering, Maths, Statistics or Data Analytics with business interest.
- PASSION FOR DATA ANALYSIS AND BUSINESS STRATEGY.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and basic analytical methods.
You should have strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. You must be eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Fluency in English is necessary, and proficiency in Spanish, French, Italian, Korean or Portuguese is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences.
