Job Overview
This role focuses on delivering high business impact by driving new projects and scaling them globally through 360-degree decision-making. As a Strategic Business Development Expert at Fever, you will work in a fast-paced environment with ambitious business goals and high potential for professional growth.

About the Role
You will quickly develop full ownership of your projects and be able to measure the direct impact of your decisions on the business line. Take part in the exponential growth of Fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry. Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments working together in the creation of new plans and events.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.
- Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact.
- Create, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth.

About You
You have a bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics), maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy. Up to 3 years of experience in a business analytics role. A high level of English is required; Spanish is a plus. Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage. You are a data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions. Generate high business impact based on your decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases. Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python...). Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker.

What We Offer
$85,000 - $110,000 per year. This estimate may vary depending on location and other factors. At Fever, we offer a dynamic and innovative work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive salary package.
