Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive customer performance and maximise revenue through targeted marketing, promotional, and commercial activities. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to set a roadmap that correlates with the company's overall business and development plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer performance and maximise revenue through targeted marketing, promotional, and commercial activities.
  • Work closely and proactively with customers to set a roadmap that correlates with the company's overall business and development plan.
  • Track and analyse the performance of promotional campaigns, monitoring key KPIs to identify and address any improvements or challenges.
  • Serve as a primary source of information for customers on company products, services, systems, and updates.
  • Liaise between customer and internal cross-functional departments ensuring successful deliverables.
  • Report KPIs, metrics, and status reports to management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, regulatory landscape, competitors' products, and pricing.

Requirements

  • Account Management experience with detailed knowledge of the online gaming market and slots in particular.
  • Outstanding communication skills, high attention to detail, and very organized.
  • Ability to prioritise, balance, and work independently.
  • Strong analysis and decision-making skills with an understanding of regulatory challenges and complexities.
  • Problem-solving and a can-do attitude.

This opportunity is open to candidates who can legally work remotely from Malta. Travel may be required internationally in line with business needs.
