We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Excellence Leader to drive growth and profitability across our key accounts. As a member of our Global Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales, growth, and margin targets, while ensuring consistency in the delivery of our commercial excellence programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales, growth, and margin targets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive results-oriented initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop account plans and strategies
  • Ensure consistency in the delivery of commercial excellence programs
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in a commercial or adjacent role in a complex industry
  • International working experience
  • A degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
