About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Director to join our team in Spain, focusing on developing and implementing sales strategies with key retail partners. This role requires expertise in technology-based consumer sales, a deep understanding of the European retail landscape, and a proven track record of quota achievement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage retail channel partners for Meta hardware products
  • Create and implement partner-specific business plans to drive sales growth
  • Negotiate promotions and monitor competitor activity
  • Support channel marketing initiatives to deliver sales growth
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in senior sales roles, preferably in gaming/entertainment or Consumer Electronics
  • Clear record of quota achievement and success in technology-based consumer sales
  • Previous experience in the European retail landscape, with a focus on Spain
  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships with key retailers in the region (Spain)
  • Track record of excellence in both business planning and tactical execution
  • Passionate advocate for innovation and disruptive technologies
  • Experience working with key retailers in the region, such as Media Markt, Saturn, and El Corte Inglés
