Technical Sales Director for Retail Partners in Spain

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Director to join our team in Spain, focusing on developing and implementing sales strategies with key retail partners. This role requires expertise in technology-based consumer sales, a deep understanding of the European retail landscape, and a proven track record of quota achievement.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage retail channel partners for Meta hardware products
- Create and implement partner-specific business plans to drive sales growth
- Negotiate promotions and monitor competitor activity
- Support channel marketing initiatives to deliver sales growth
- 10+ years of experience in senior sales roles, preferably in gaming/entertainment or Consumer Electronics
- Clear record of quota achievement and success in technology-based consumer sales
- Previous experience in the European retail landscape, with a focus on Spain
- Bachelor's degree in business
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels
- Existing relationships with key retailers in the region (Spain)
- Track record of excellence in both business planning and tactical execution
- Passionate advocate for innovation and disruptive technologies
- Experience working with key retailers in the region, such as Media Markt, Saturn, and El Corte Inglés
