  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluent English written and spoken
