About the Role

TRIDONIC is seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join their successful teams. The role will be based between Madrid and Zaragoza, coordinating sales to OEMs of LED components and lighting control systems for indoor and outdoor use.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement the global sales strategy in the sales area.
  • Maintain and expand current customer relationships.
  • Develop new business areas with customers (CPD, EM, Solution Sales).
  • Presentation and sale of the entire product programme to OEMs.
  • Sales and budget responsibility.
  • Recognize future trends and react at an early stage.
  • Prepare monthly reporting and collaborate in budget preparation.
  • Challenge the status quo and utilize internal training opportunities.
  • Communicate openly with managers and within the team.

About You

  • Relevant vocational qualification in Engineering, Marketing, or similar.
  • Significant professional experience in a similar sales environment.
  • Technical competency with technology/electrical components.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
