Area Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and nurturing the sales pipeline, developing new relationships, and implementing strategies to boost results.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop sales strategies and approaches for the Car Dealers' market in Spain
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within our target group
- Build and manage a solid sales network and pipeline
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- Convert pre-qualified leads into new clients
- Develop and execute new business proposals, make high-profile presentations to clients, negotiate, and close deals
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop MotorK's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Closely collaborate with delivery and success teams
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the automotive sector or SaaS. Additionally:
- Native in Spanish and fluent in English
- Bachelor's Degree or in Business or Marketing is a plus
- Well-organized, hands-on, and proactive approach capable of working under pressure
- Teamplayer attitude
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Confident and self-assured appearance
Work pattern and location
- Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday - Friday
- Field-based role covering Madrid area, Castilla la Mancha, North of Extremadura, and Comunidad Valenciana regions
- Ideally based in Madrid
