Job Title: Sales Area Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Area Manager to join our team at ARQUIMEA. As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for selling our defense products portfolio and capabilities within the assigned geographical area or to specific clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the assigned geographical areas or customer accounts.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned region or clients.
  • Prepare, submit, and track sales proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide support in the collection/payment process.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to customers.
  • Conduct high-level product demonstrations.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company.

Requirements:

  • Level – Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering)
  • Postgraduate education in Sales, International Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level).
  • Fluency in additional languages is highly valued.
  • Deep knowledge of the Defense Sector is highly desirable.
  • Experience preparing proposals for national and international public tenders is essential.
  • Experience preparing proposals for public funding programs, such as CDTI, Horizon2020, or EDF, is highly valued.
