**Meta Retail Sales Executive - Spain**

We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in Spain, driving the growth of our hardware products through our retail channel partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a sales and channel marketing strategy for our retail partners in Spain
  • Drive and manage our retail channel partners to meet organization goals and targets
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Create and present account strategy to executives and stakeholders to align resources and achieve mutual goals
  • Negotiate and present account programs and contracts, gaining internal alignment and approvals with cross functional partners
  • Grow relationships with cross functional leaders to drive account goals, execute joint business planning, quarterly business reviews and launch planning activities
  • Manage account scorecard, allocate budget, identify opportunities for optimization and growth

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in gaming, entertainment or consumer electronics
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and success in technology-based consumer sales
  • Previous experience in the European retail landscape, with a focus on Spain
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor's degree in business
