At Compramostucoche, we're revolutionizing the car trading industry in Europe. We're seeking an exceptional Executive Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team, specifically for our Spain Retail Unit.

**About the Role**: As an Executive Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in contributing to the growth strategy and success of our Autohero brand in Spain. Your primary focus will be on enhancing Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and optimizing results across Sales performance, Operations & Logistics, and Customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in supporting new project development and process optimization through analytical and project-oriented tasks. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for scalability and create improvements that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Retail, this position offers an exciting chance to shape the future of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
  • Develop and implement business strategies for the Spain Retail Unit, focusing on driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication to drive project success.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA is desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience in Strategic Business Development projects, consultancy firms, or start-ups.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI analysis and a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Passion for moving tasks forward and taking ownership of projects.
