About This Role: As a Strategic Business Development Executive, you will manage a defined territory of current and prospective clients within a specific industry. Your goal is to achieve year-on-year revenue growth through net-new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts to drive business growth.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your territory.
  • Account Expansion: Develop and expand existing client relationships to increase revenue.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work across departments (Marketing, Sales Strategy, Finance, Employee Success) to build trust and alignment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement in the OSP channel and GTM strategy by collecting customer feedback and sharing success stories.

Benefits and Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. You should have experience in sales or business development, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and performance.
