Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Italy or Spain.
- Company Overview: Serco is a leading provider of Space Services, supporting over 50 space missions on behalf of more than 10 Space or Government agencies worldwide.
Job Summary: As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure new contracts and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in business development and bid strategy.
- Collaborate with Business Development (BD) teams to develop and implement effective bid strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis, informing business decisions and strategy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development and bid management, with a proven track record of securing new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the Space industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver exceptional results.
