**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities through effective outreach and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create personalized account-based approaches and identify prospect challenges.
- Articulate the benefits of working with Toluna and develop relationships with management-level and day-to-day buyer-level contacts.
- Ensure client satisfaction and promote a positive experience of Toluna internally.
- Create bids and proposals that resolve identified prospect needs and demonstrate the value of Toluna's solutions.

**Requirements**
- 2-5+ years of proven experience in account executive, account manager or commercial insight roles within a research or marketing organization.
- Strong ability to uncover opportunities, problem-solve, and articulate the benefits of the solution to drive 'value' driven deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of market research and insight.

**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year (depending on experience)
