About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Strategic Business Development and Partnerships Executive. As a key member, you'll focus on identifying and securing new partnerships that align with our business objectives, enhancing our market presence, and driving revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Partnership Opportunities: Research and analyze potential partners based on our department's strategy, targeting organizations that align with our business goals and values.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating communication.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., legal content) to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, sales, preferably within EdTech/Media/online learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build effective relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Pipedrive.
  • Curiosity to analyze current trends.
  • Prior experience with international markets.

  • English is a must. We are a multicultural team, and we are providing a service in English so, we don't care about certificates, but we expect you to be able to communicate fluently.

What We Offer:

Lingokids offers a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
