About the Role

In this dynamic role as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in propelling our company's market presence forward. You will identify key opportunities, establish influential relationships, and drive long-term growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new users among Liquid funds, Individual whales, DAOs, and other top token holders.
  • Nurture customer relationships to discover new opportunities and expand our business with them.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with DeFi projects, wallets, custodians, and self-custody platforms.
  • Create and implement strategies to drive growth and achieve business development objectives.
  • Maintain market trend awareness and stay updated on industry developments to identify novel opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events: Attend conferences, webinars, and other events to network and promote the protocol.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the DeFi and blockchain communities.

Qualifications:

  • Detailed understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including various blockchains and DeFi platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development within the industry.
  • Strong network and relationships within the blockchain industry, including key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Existing connections in the DeFi and wider Web3 community.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Analytical skills to analyze market trends and user behaviors.

Benefits:

We offer an attractive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives for high performers.
