Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our Amazon Business team in the EU. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with external partners, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth for Amazon Business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact on our business. You will have the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with external partners, including eProcurement system providers, invoicing solutions, consulting firms, trade associations, and travel and expense management software vendors.
  • Nurture and expand existing partnerships to drive revenue growth for Amazon Business.
  • Develop and execute joint sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs in different EU regions.
  • Engage assigned partners and their end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Amazon Business.
  • Set and manage partner revenue targets and work with Amazon Business sales organizations in the EU to achieve/exceed goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [€80,000 - €100,000] per annum salary depending on experience, plus benefits.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and partnership management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
