We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Development Executive based in the USA, who can leverage their expertise in top staff augmentation firms like Toptal and Infosys to drive revenue growth for Selektit. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.

About the Role

This role is focused on building strong relationships with clients, coordinating with our Business Development Team, and matching client requirements with appropriate candidates and their availability. The successful candidate will work closely with Directors and stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer service for high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Efficiently onboard software engineers to clients and coordinate with clients to fulfill their staffing needs
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients
  • Match client requirements with suitable candidates and their availability
  • Work closely with Directors and stakeholders to meet revenue targets
  • Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work effectively independently and remotely, and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
