About the Role:
Sales and Business Development Expert - Enterprise Coaching (m/f/d)
As a Sales and Business Development Expert for our new Enterprise Coaching segment, you will work closely with leading large companies and "hidden champions", primarily in Spain, to develop stable, long-term customer relationships.
You will be part of a successful team of talented customer success managers, marketers, and experienced sales experts based at our office in Madrid, who will drive the achievement of successful business results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking care of your customer portfolio, being results-oriented and independent
- Analyzing customer needs and developing customer-specific solutions
- Building long-term and fruitful customer relationships with key executives and decision-makers
- Advising our customers on the use of our enterprise coaching solution
- Accompanying the rollout of our services to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and recurring revenue
- Working closely with our international marketing teams on sales initiatives to create new sales opportunities
Requirements:
- 4+ years B2B sales experience in SaaS/Software or digital environments, highly preferable in the area of business coaching
- A proven track-record of business coaching: if you haven't sold business coaching software solutions, you possess a solid background in business coaching as a certified coach who has already used their coaching experience in a corporate environment
- Previous experience in the Iberian region, selling to large enterprise companies in Spain
- A strong ability to proactively identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities (no cold calling)
- High self-motivation and sales and results-driven
- The ability to communicate competently "on an equal level" with managers and the C-level, even in large, multinational companies
- A high affinity for topics from the areas of e-learning and business coaching
- Fluent in Spanish (native speaker or similar with min. level C1+) and fluent English
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €90,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits such as flexible working hours, hybrid office models, an international team environment, a culture of learning, award-winning language training, and wellbeing initiatives.
