The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid or surrounding areas, focusing on the Iberian region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a pipeline of prospects and acquire new clients from the ecosystem of brands and retailers. This role requires close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing leadership to create a strategic prospecting plan, driving steady sales growth in the Iberian market while identifying trends, following competitive dynamics, and researching the market to continuously improve your knowledge of the Openbravo portfolio of solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of Openbravo's value proposition and become a subject matter expert;
  • Continuously research the market to identify trends, follow brands & retailers, and track competitive dynamics;
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate sales leads and participate in business and marketing events as well as public speaking opportunities;
  • Maintain continuous communication with prospects to understand their key business challenges and offer Openbravo's solutions as a differentiated response;
  • BUILD RELATIONS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS based on mutual trust and a collaborative approach to strengthen partnerships and protect and grow recurring revenue streams;
  • Work closely with Orosha|Openbravo Partners to develop prospects and client accounts together;
  • Throughout all stages of the sales cycle, work closely with the Presales team to effectively present Orisha|Openbravo's features and demo the product;
  • GROW REVENUE FROM THE IBERIAN RETAIL MARKET, BE A KEY TEAM MEMBER AND POSITIVE CONTRIBUTOR TO THE SALES STRATEGY, AND REPRESENT RESULTS IN SPAIN TO THE LEADERSHIP TEAM;
  • Deliver and manage your sales projections, maintaining accurate and timely reporting, using CRM and related systems, and support Finance in managing accounts receivables for your client portfolio.

Estimate Salary Range: Based on the location (Madrid or surrounding areas) and industry standards, we estimate this position's salary range to be approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances.
