Salary and Benefits

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers via phone and email, resolving issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices. Your primary goal will be to deliver timely resolutions and responses, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers using established procedures;
- Own customer queries and ensure timely resolution and response;
- B build meaningful relationships with customers by answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner;
- Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets;
- Enhance the customer experience by delivering personalized support and creating a positive impact;
- Collaborate with management to follow direction and provide valuable feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Native German language proficiency;
- English B2 level or higher;
- Self-sufficiency and confidence in troubleshooting basic technical issues;
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in technical support;
- EU Citizenship or Spanish residence card.
