- Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates and company policies to provide accurate and efficient support.
- Meet performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Competitive Compensation Package: Attractive base salary (€25,000 - €30,000 per year) with performance bonuses available after three months.
