Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative who is fluent in Croatian and has excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues related to products, services, and troubleshooting technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues related to products, services, and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, setup, and configurations.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, offering solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates and company policies to provide accurate and efficient support.
  • Meet performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent Serbian speaker with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Croatian.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not essential.
