Job Description:Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our Iberia operations. This is a full-time position responsible for managing a team and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a customer experience team to achieve sales targets.
  • Create and execute yearly territory sales plans in collaboration with direct reports and enterprise solution managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality responses to tenders and effective management of current contracts.
  • Manage and develop Ambassadors/Molecular Account Executives/sales executives, focusing on achieving sales goals and driving customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience or other relevant commercial experience.
  • Fluent English required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
