Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager for Trauma Iberia, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve commercial efficiency. This includes authoring and leveraging marketing teams to create key strategy documents, such as strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch plans. You will also be responsible for surfacing new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements, and adhering to organizational protocols, practices, and procedures for gathering competitive information.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry, with a focus on implants, ideally within the orthopedic and trauma sector. You will also have experience working with hospital stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, technical services, and procurement. Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1) is required. A degree in engineering, administration, sales, or marketing, or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field is also necessary. Additionally, you will have demonstrated experience in providing strategic support, excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
