About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product line in the Iberia region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product launch plans and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry
  • Required experience working with implants, ideally within the orthopedic and trauma sector
  • Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1)
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field
