About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product line in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase sales and market share for our Trauma products in Iberia.
  2. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the Iberia region.
  4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Iberia region.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or product development in the medical devices industry, with a focus on Trauma products.
  2. Language Skills: Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1).
  3. Education: Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field.
  4. Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
