Job Summary

As a Brand Manager for our Trauma Division in Europe, you will play a critical role in driving market share growth through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. You will be responsible for shaping the annual and long-range strategy for our Trauma product portfolio in Europe, aligning with global strategy to achieve required growth, profit, and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of shaping the annual and long-range strategy for our Trauma product portfolio in Europe
  • Understand customer needs and develop value-focused messaging strategies
  • Work closely with local Marketing teams to drive market share gain and contribute to upstream marketing initiatives
  • Create and distribute scalable assets, tools, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop trust and strong relationships with the European Trauma & Extremities Leadership Team, Local Marketers, Sales Teams, and key customers
Requirements
  • Collaborate with the broader European Central and Local Marketing teams to drive the creation of the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) and portfolio roadmap
  • Partner with local Trauma Leadership and Marketing teams to drive forecast accuracy and an appropriate demand plan
  • Define and execute regional product life cycle, including launch and phase-out of products
  • Provide analysis of Trauma portfolio performance, brand perception, and other drivers of future brand performance
