About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead our Trauma portfolio in Europe. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving market share growth through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual and long-range marketing strategies to achieve growth, profit, and market share targets
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to inform value-focused messaging strategies
  • Collaborate with local Marketing teams to drive downstream execution and contribute to upstream marketing initiatives
  • Create and distribute scalable marketing assets, tools, and campaigns
  • Identify education, brand experience, and customer engagement opportunities for internal and external audiences
  • Develop strong relationships with European Trauma & Extremities Leadership Team, Local Marketers, Sales Teams, and key customers
  • Coach and guide interns within the group
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience, with a significant portion in the MedTech/healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in leading successful marketing projects and cross-functional projects
  • Broad experience in supporting sales force and customer-facing activities
  • Proven commercialization of products to drive growth
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English is required, an additional European language is a plus
