Brand Manager for Trauma Portfolio Growth

Job Summary:
Stryker is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to drive market share growth for our Trauma division in Europe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to drive market share growth, profit, and brand awareness for our Trauma portfolio in Europe.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Trauma brand, including its values, mission, and unique selling proposition.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing strategies and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
