Job Title: Senior Product Manager Trauma Iberia

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product line in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop product solutions
  • Manage product launches and ensure timely market entry
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams
  • Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry
  • Experience working with implants, ideally within the orthopedic and trauma sector
  • Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1)
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic support
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint)

Location: Iberia region, with a base location in any well-connected city in Spain, ideally Madrid or Barcelona.

Travel: 70% of the time.
