Job Title: Product Manager Iberia

As a Product Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for the effective management of the SH programs on the product line(s) in Iberia. This includes developing the programs needed to launch the products, to promote the clinical benefits and to achieve the annual financial plan and quotas.

You will build a strong relationship with European HQ & Global to develop marketing and educational programs for market development. You will also build a powerful information datasource about the market conditions in Spain by soliciting information and feedback directly from our sales force and customers.

You will identify and analyse trends in the Spanish market and respond to field needs through timely development of pertinent information and promotional materials. You will give input on geographic forecasts including unit demand for operation planning and revenue projections for finance reporting.

You will build the correct interaction with the European Marketing Group to accomplish objectives consistent with company and divisional goals. You will launch, follow up and track product/campaigns in the corresponding portfolio conducted by Global.

You will perform Product Presentations. You will provide technical support of the corresponding portfolio and assistance over the whole national territory to physicians. You will provide support to Sales Team.

You will market intelligence reports. You will analyze competitors devices and maintain updated marketing database. You will provide Market information to Sales Department.

You will ensure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed. You will produce Monthly reports on personal activities.

You will ensure that all EMEA current Business Ethics, Regulatory and Quality procedures are followed. You will represent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity.

You will report and keep his/her immediate Manager informed about his/her business progress and assisting him/her to be able to build the yearly operating plan.

You will maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies with respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, and expense reporting.

You will proactively plan their weekly travel schedule and communicate this through the appropriate channels in your country/division.
