About the Role

Baxter International Inc, an inclusive employer and a member of Mygwork, is seeking a Product Manager for the Clinical Nutrition division in Iberia. As a key member of the Southern Cluster marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of products within Iberia, contributing to the execution of day-to-day activities for assigned products or product lines, and ensuring the adherence of marketing activities and plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement marketing activities and materials, such as brochures and audio/visual materials.
  • Review business results and ensure the adherence of marketing activities and plans.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities, pricing policies, and sales promotions to achieve Baxter's targets.
  • Guarantee an effective Omnichannel approach, including all customer touchpoints in commercial plan execution, with a true digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with other functions and sales managers to ensure they understand and comply with marketing initiatives and policies.
  • Develop, schedule, and execute marketing programs, including product promotions, sales channels, and pricing.
  • Provide input and support to the design and development of European Training programs/Product Trainings.
  • Support market research activities, with the direction of marketing leaders.
  • Collect and analyze available competitive information.
  • Review business results against marketing plan and advise on areas of improvement.
  • Interact closely with Manufacturing & Supply Chain regarding the supply for the countries for specific products/portfolio.
  • Liaise with media, advertising agencies, and public relations firms, with the support of Communications and GAPP.
  • Coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions, and marketing seminars, with the support of Communication.
  • May also provide coaching and guidance to other marketing staff.
