Job Title: Clinical Mako Product Specialist

At Stryker Iberia S.L., we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mako Product Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a Clinical Mako Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical product support to end-users, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and nurses, in the use of the Mako robotics system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical product support to end-users, including training and technical assistance during surgical procedures.
  • Prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the Mako robotics system to assist surgeons in preoperative implant planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and marketing teams to increase public awareness and highlight clinical benefits of the Mako robotics system.
  • Solve potential product problems for customers in a highly satisfactory manner.
  • Assist in creating case reports, resolving product problems, obtaining purchase orders, monitoring inventory, and supporting sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a clinical support specialist, nurse, physiotherapist, application specialist, product specialist, paramedic, or similar.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the medical field.
  • University degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, health sciences, or similar.
  • Strong customer interaction experience and communication skills.
  • High level of stress resistance and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel within the territory (100% travel) or cover for colleagues in other regions of Spain.
