Join Our Team as a Clinical Mako Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mako Product Specialist to join our team at Stryker Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical product support to end-users, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and nurses, as well as on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures with the Mako robotics system.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical product support to end-users, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and nurses.
  • Offer on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures with the Mako robotics system.
  • Prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopaedic Mako system.
  • Provide training and clinical/technical support to surgeons and OR staff during surgery.
  • Solve potential product problems for customers in a highly satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase public awareness and highlight clinical benefits of the products.
  • Build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of product design through feedback from surgeons and OR staff.
