About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mako Product Specialist to join our team at Stryker Iberia S.L. in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical product support to end-users, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and nurses, and provide on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures with the Mako robotics system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical product support to end-users, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and nurses.
  • Prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopaedic Mako system.
  • Provide training and clinical/technical support to surgeons and OR staff during surgical procedures.
  • Solve potential product problems for customers in a highly satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase public awareness and highlight clinical benefits of the products.
  • Conduct ongoing education and serve as a conduit to Stryker engineers for feedback on product design.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a clinical support specialist, nurse, physiotherapist, application specialist, product specialist, paramedic, or similar.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the medical field.
  • University degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, health sciences, or similar.
  • Orthopedic surgery experience is a plus.
