Job Title: Clinical Mako Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mako Product Specialist to join our team at Stryker Group. As a Clinical Mako Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical product support to end-users, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and nurses, and on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures with the Mako robotics system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical product support to end-users and on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures with the Mako robotics system.
  • Prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopaedic Mako system to assist surgeons in preoperative implant planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
  • Provide surgeons and OR staff with training and clinical/technical support during the surgery of the robotic arm applications, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure ideal placement and precision of the hip or knee implant.
  • Solve potential product problems for customers in a highly satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase public awareness and highlight clinical benefits of the products and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
  • Be a crucial conduit to our Stryker engineers for feedback on product design.
