Job Title: Mako Product Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide clinical product support to surgeons, healthcare professionals, and nurses in the use of the Mako robotics system. As a Clinical Mako Support Specialist, you will work closely with assigned customers, providing on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical product support to end-users, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and nurses.
  • Prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopaedic Mako system.
  • Train and support surgeons and OR staff during surgical procedures.
  • Solve potential product problems for customers in a highly satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase public awareness and highlight clinical benefits of the products.
  • Contribute to product design improvements through feedback from surgeons and OR staff.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience as a clinical support specialist, nurse, physiotherapist, application specialist, product specialist, paramedic, or similar. You should have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the medical field.
