About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Clinical Nutrition division in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of products within the region, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive website traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze business results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
