About the Role

We are seeking a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role will be instrumental in expanding our presence within these high-impact segments, ensuring long-term success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions tailored to the needs of high-value customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new partnerships with media and Affiliates, to attract first-time depositors and trades
  • Develop and enhance Crypto.com's broker program, maintaining and growing relationships with current brokers
  • Reach out to and engage with VIP clients, providing timely and satisfactory customer service and issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media and within the Blockchain influencer community
  • Represent Crypto.com at conferences and events, increasing awareness of our products and services
  • Conduct community outreach activities and research market & competitor trends in the crypto space
  • Draft and close client or partnership agreements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in the local markets, with existing relationships with or knowledge about influential figures in the local ecosystem
  • Network/book of clients within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space
  • 1+ years experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain space
  • 2+ years work experience in selling financial products
  • Excellent command of professional written & oral English
