Embark on a groundbreaking opportunity to combine cutting-edge blockchain technology with Islamic finance principles. As a Crypto Business Developer at CAIZ, you will drive lead generation and business growth, playing a pivotal role in our market expansion and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Create a prospect pipeline tailored for a segment to increase our influencer network
  • Develop reporting metrics to provide transparency into prospect conversion efficiency and revenue generation. Experience with Hubspot is a plus
  • Liaise with marketing to generate more content and buzz to increase quality inbounds to the sales team
  • Project manage the creation of sales collateral to better aid the entire sales process
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to complete tasks efficiently, even in the face of blockers and challenges
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a Business Developer role
  • Mandatory experience in the crypto space, ideally with an existing network of influencers to tap into
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in a business developer role for a crypto exchange, wallet, DeFi platform or layer 1-2
  • The ideal candidate has worked with Turkish, Indonesian, UAB, German, Nigerian, and UK markets
  • Huge plus if you have experience working with Islamic/Muslim crypto-friendly influencers
  • Demonstrate a track record of interest in crypto
  • Self-starter who is not afraid to reach out to prospects and find leads
  • Approach every project with a beginner's mind, ready to challenge the status quo

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in business development, particularly in the crypto space. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive salary package, including an estimated $80,000 - $120,000 per year, is offered to the right candidate.
