About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our sales team as Revenue Growth Manager, located at our headquarters in Madrid. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth within our business unit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align RGM initiatives with overall business strategies and ensure effective execution.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track RGM performance.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
