Our client, a leading German-based international player in the health and well-being industry, is seeking an experienced professional to drive commercial growth in Spain as Managing Director (a.G.). With a strong focus on business development, this role requires a dynamic leader who can define strategic direction while acting as an operational sales director.

About the Role
As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will lead the Spanish commercial organization to achieve significant growth by identifying and realizing sales opportunities with our international portfolio. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, expanding the product portfolio and customer universe in the Spanish market, while driving revenue and profitability through cost management and pricing strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Spanish commercial organization to take the company to the next level
• Identify and realize sales opportunities with our international portfolio
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy in the Spanish market
• Expand the product portfolio and customer universe
• Drive revenue and profitability through cost management and pricing strategies

Your Profile
We are looking for a seasoned commercial manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, pricing/margin, and sales/marketing expertise. Your experience in commercial management, combined with your ability to motivate and lead a team, will be essential in achieving our goals. You will have overall sales responsibility in a growing market environment, working closely with our international commercial leadership team to drive business growth.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is €120,000 per annum, reflecting the responsibilities and expectations associated with this role.
