This pivotal role will spearhead business development initiatives, enhance digital commercial capabilities, and optimize sales processes.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Lead the digital transformation of our commercial operations, focusing on enhancing digital reach and omnichannel strategies.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of 12, with 6 direct reports.
