We are seeking an experienced Commercial Food Ingredients Sales Leader to oversee the expansion of our business with existing customers, as well as the identification and exploration of new markets and customers in the food industry in Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a commercial policy to drive sales growth and expansion of our business in Spain.
- Lead a team of 5 professionals in achieving sales targets and delivering a commercial strategy tailored to the needs of our industrial food customers in Spain.
- Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers, and manage relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present annual budgets, and monitor targets by industry/territory to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Product Managers and Sales Teams, and monitor team performance to identify areas for improvement.
- A degree in Food Technology or a similar field.
- Proven knowledge in Marketing and Sales Management, with a focus on the food industry.
- Experience in managing teams and leading negotiations with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of the Spanish market.
- A valid driving license and fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
The estimated salary for this role is around €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
